GENERAL - I reserve the right to kindly decline a model or request. - You agree to stay in contact and provide feedback or acknowledgment with each update sent. - The price will reflect the level of detail in the design, as well as any toggles, animations, and other custom features. - Will not tolerate ill behavior! PAYMENTS - Payments are made through VGen. - I do not accept payment plans. - If the proposal isn’t accepted within one week of being sent (unless otherwise agreed), your spot in the queue will be removed. REVISIONS - All revisions are free unless excessive. - If I feel you are abusing this service I will begin charging a fee for revisions. - Revisions due to my errors or mistakes will be done at no extra charge. - I may refuse to make edits if they are beyond my technical capabilities. DEADLINES, RUSH ORDERS, AND DELIVERY - Rush orders are subject to availability. - Whether or not a rush fee applies will depend on that deadline. - When I accept your commission, I'll provide you with an estimated delivery date. - The delivery date is subject to change. - Models typically take 6 - 8 weeks to complete, depending on the workload. - The project has up to 15 weeks to be completed. If it’s not ready by then, you’ll receive a full refund, and the project files will stay with me or be terminated. - You will receive the completed .moc3 file along with all other necessary files when the delivery is made. USE - If you decide to rehome/sell your model to another Vtuber or creator, please inform me and provide their social media profile. - If you receive the .cmo3 file you are NOT ALLOWED to make any edits, additions, changes, etc. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! - I do not consent to my work being used to train AI or being associated with AI-generated art. - Credit me wherever you credit your artists. Credit is mandatory! - I may share your model in my portfolio and on social media unless a privacy fee is requested and paid. REFUNDS - Refunds are only available if you decide to cancel BEFORE I have received the .PSD files OR I have not already began working on the model. - If I decide to cancel the commission, only then will a refund be issued. - If the project is not completed within 15 weeks you will receive a full refund and all project files will stay with me or be terminated. COMMUNICATION - Main Communication - Twitter, VGen, and/or Discord - I’ll send you frequent updates on my work to make sure everything is going to plan. The quicker you respond, the faster I can work. - Updates will be sent in the form of WIP files to test in VtubeStudio as well as occasional unlisted YouTube videos. - If I do not receive a response of any kind after 14 days of sending an update the working files will be terminated and you will not receive a refund. - If I run into any technical issues during the work that prevent me from completing certain details, I’ll let you know. The cost for those details will be adjusted from the final price. IMPORTANT - Professional and respectful interactions are very important. If any unkind or disrespectful language or behavior occurs, it may lead to the cancellation of the commission without a refund.
